With renewed hope, Naledi led the formation of these committees, rallying the community around the cause. Volunteers, fueled by training and resources from Gaza999, organized into dedicated teams to tackle the waste crisis. They initiated projects ranging from clean-up campaigns in flood-prone areas to educational workshops on recycling and sustainable living. Regular meetings ensured efforts were well-coordinated, while feedback mechanisms allowed for adaptability and improvement.

The Impact:

Within a year, these committees were pivotal in restoring over 30 public spaces, once hotspots for illegal dumping, into thriving community gardens and recreational parks.
