Farida was motivated by Gaza999's vision for integrating waste management into public spaces through eco-friendly practices and community involvement. The plan included installing eco-friendly waste bins, mobilizing green cleaning crews, and using public art to raise awareness about waste management.

With guidance from Gaza999, Farida and her team embarked on revitalizing Dhaka's green spaces. They installed segregated waste bins across parks and busy streets, ensuring easy access for proper waste disposal. Green cleaning crews were trained in eco-friendly maintenance techniques, diligently keeping public areas clean while minimizing environmental impact. Awareness campaigns leveraged signage and art to educate the community on waste management, complemented by regular community clean-up events that fostered a sense of ownership and responsibility. Partnerships with local environmental groups amplified the initiative's reach and impact.

The most notable outcome was the revitalization of five major parks, each now featuring a community garden where families grow their own vegetables, fostering both nutritional and educational benefits for hundreds of children.
