Site selection prioritized land that could yield produce with minimal intervention, followed by community registration for plot allocation. Educational programs and workshops introduced participants to eco-friendly gardening practices, ensuring the sustainability of the initiative. Community events and harvest celebrations became milestones, marking the project's success and fostering a sense of unity and accomplishment.
